Daily Prayer for October 21st, 2021
Good Thursday morning, God—thank you!!
The head of every man is Christ, the head of a wife, is her husband, and the head of Christ is you. Let all husbands love their wives, even as Christ loved the church and gave himself for it. Holy Spirit, please help me be a doer of your word, always —not a hearer only, deceiving myself. But sincerely honoring you, and man —Creator Oh’ God—my Maker! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,
22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
