Daily Prayer for August 15th, 2021
Good Sunday morning, God—thank you!
Let me bring you into the picture before seeing inconsistencies in life. Consider what you are doing and what you have done as everything falls into line—not fight the facts of nature. Enjoy prosperity whenever I can. And when hard times strike, please help me to exercise faith and roll with the punches. Absolutely nothing is certain in this life without you, but with you, I trust that you are faithfully carrying out your promises even though I don’t fully see or understand. Thank you, Father-God!! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
13 Consider what God has done:
Who can straighten
what he has made crooked?
14 When times are good, be happy;
but when times are bad, consider this:
God has made the one
as well as the other.
Therefore, no one can discover
anything about their future.
