Daily Prayer for August 11th, 2021
Good morning, God—thank you! 😊
The liar, Satan, is a slanderer! He reminds believers continually that we are still sinning, and of course, we are. But, still, never with intention and a lot less than we used to, overcoming the accuser by the blood of the Lamb—not fighting for victory, we are victorious, but from success, with your armor. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
8 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.
21 God made him who had no sin to be sin[a] for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
