Daily Prayer for July 28th, 2021
Good morning, God—thank you!
I have peace in my heart through you who lives and dwells in me; therefore, please help me to stop taking hold of the reigns in my life so that “the power of Christ may rest upon me.” Your power is made perfect in my weakness, so just let it be in Jesus. Amen.
9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
32 Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
31 So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
