Daily Prayer for July 21st, 2021
Good morning, God—thank you! 😊
Because a joyful heart is a healing medicine, I will forget my complaint and be of good cheer. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
27 If I say, ‘I will forget my complaint,
I will put off my sad face, and be of good cheer,’
22 A joyful heart is good medicine,
but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.
3 Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, 4 and endurance produces character, and character produces hope,
21 He will yet fill your mouth with laughter,
and your lips with shouting.
25 Strength and dignity are her clothing,
and she laughs at the time to come.
