Daily Prayer for April 14th, 2021
Good morning, God—thank you! 😊
Everyone sins and falls short of your glory. However, love for you is fear of you and hatred of evil. If I said I am born again but had hate in my heart for my neighbor, I would need to reevaluate my relationship with you, my Savior. When I was filled with your Spirit, an overwhelming sense of love filled me, and I knew it. It became easy to love my enemies because, naturally, I want to give you and others the same indisputable love you give to us. Thank you, Father!! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
18 The one who conceals hatred has lying lips,
and whoever utters slander is a fool.

15 “If you love me, you will keep my commandments. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, 17 even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you.
15 but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
20 If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen.
