Daily Prayer for March 31st, 2021
Good morning, God—thank you! 🙂
Just as you called John to prepare the way for Jesus, Jesus goes ahead and prepares a way for me—making these rough trials straight. I acknowledge and trust you/him with all my heart and lean not on my understanding. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
3 the voice of one crying in the wilderness:
‘Prepare the way of the Lord,
make his paths straight,’”
8 It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
6 In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths.
10 fear not, for I am with you;
be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you,
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
11 You make known to me the path of life;
in your presence there is fullness of joy;
at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
19 Behold, I am doing a new thing;
now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?
I will make a way in the wilderness
and rivers in the desert.
