Daily Prayer for March 20th, 2021

Good day, God—thank you!! 🙂

The Holy Spirit within humankind will not allow them to be okay with lies and deceit. Therefore, if I, being filled with your Spirit, intermittently sin, I have remorse and admit it, whatever it may be that I’ve done wrong, even though I know I’ve been forgiven. Thank you, Father, that I have truly surrendered my life to you and want to love others the way you do. In Jesus’ name.

Proverbs 28:13

13 Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper,
but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy.

1 John 1:9

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

James 5:16

16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.[a]

Ephesians 4:29

29 Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.

1 John 4:20-21

20 If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen. 21 And this commandment we have from him: whoever loves God must also love his brother.
