Daily Prayer for March 18th, 2021

Good morning, God—thank you! 🙂

Biblical inerrancy is congruous in all of your teachings. Holy Spirit, please let me always speak the truth, especially concerning your Word in the Holy Bible. Writers use different versions, but they vary in English translations of the Greek New Testament, having good reasons for slightly translating them differently but with the same meaning. Let them not be misunderstood. Like many people think that the new covenant begins at Matthew in the New Testament, but Jesus was still living and teaching what was to come in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. The new covenant and laws began after Jesus died and rose from the dead. Hallelujah! Amen.

2 Timothy 4:3-4

For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.

Romans 16:17-20

Final Instructions and Greetings

17 I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them. 18 For such persons do not serve our Lord Christ, but their own appetites, and by smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the naïve. 19 For your obedience is known to all, so that I rejoice over you, but I want you to be wise as to what is good and innocent as to what is evil. 20 The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

Acts 4:12

12 And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

2 Timothy 3:16

16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,

John 17:17

17 Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth.

Hebrews 6:18

18 so that by two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge might have strong encouragement to hold fast to the hope set before us.

Proverbs 30:5

Every word of God proves true;
he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.
