Daily Prayer for December 17th, 2020

Good Thursday morning, God—thank you!! 😊

I have a strong desire to bear with others’ failings—build them up—live in harmony with everyone in accord with Christ Jesus, just like I would want them to do for me. No one is perfect. But I am not content with haters who continue to talk wicked nonsense about me. It has worn on me even knowing who I am in you. But you always bring joy! You lift me and protect me from my adversary. Since your Spirit (the Holy Spirit) is about loving you and others, help me always be fruitful, but please distance me from my enemies who want to destroy and attack me with lies. God bless them, all! In Jesus’ name. Amen.

must I now restore?
O God, you know my folly;
the wrongs I have done are not hidden from you.
