Daily Prayer for October 20th, 2020
Good morning, Abba! Father!—thank you! 😊
Only you know what today will bring. It’s up to me to trust your word (the Holy Bible) and have faith in the unknown—the things I cannot see. Therefore, I will “count it all joy” when I meet trials of various kinds. What can man do? I will not fear. Because I’m going to be with you when I leave here. Halleluiah!! Amen.
15 For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”
10 fear not, for I am with you;
be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you,
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
18 There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.
7 for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
6 The Lord is on my side; I will not fear.
