Daily Prayer for June 18th, 2020
Good morning, God—thank you for another day! 🙂
No man can understand your revelation apart from you. Your law brought to perfection by Jesus Christ, who perfectly fulfilled it is divine and requires your Spirit (the Holy Spirit) to translate it to the unspiritual man being held hostage by sin in his flesh. My escape and rescue took place during a cry to you for help when you came to set me free from this body of death. The weightiness of my problem was, I was trying to do what was right in my power, which led to complete frustration and failure. Thank you, Father, thank you, Jesus, thank you, Holy Spirit, for coming to rescue me because you care for me. I feel your peace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
24 Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death?
6 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
