Daily Prayer for February 3rd, 2020
Good Monday morning, God—thank you! 🙂
Because of the life and resurrection of your son, Jesus, I have been adopted into your family. By faith, I am pardoned from all sin and declared righteous through his blood, not my works. I am now filled with your Spirit and gifted eternal life. Amazing grace! Let me love and serve all people, even my enemies, and with no strings attached. I have nothing to prove or any need to defend my rights, as I am no longer condemned in my sin—already fully loved. Therefore, I live with profound humility, confidence, peace, and joy in you. Nothing can separate us. I turned from sin, asked you to forgive me, confessed with my mouth, and believe in my heart that Jesus died for my wrongdoings. I am free! Thank you, Father!! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
