Daily Prayer for March 14th, 2021
Good morning, God—thank you! 🙂
In you, I will rest—keep still, knowing you are God. You are “gentle and lowly in heart.” Ahhh, thank you, Father! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
10 “Be still, and know that I am God.
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth!”
28 Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
31 And he said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a desolate place and rest a while.” For many were coming and going, and they had no leisure even to eat.
14 And he said, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”
