Truthfulness stands the test of time, but lies will soon be exposed. Holy Spirit, thank you for filling me with so much of your love that I choose not to convey a false impression. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Testing of Your Faith
2 Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, 3 for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. 4 And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
10 For you, O God, have tested us;
you have tried us as silver is tried.
19 Truthful lips endure forever,
but a lying tongue is but for a moment.
