Daily Prayer for February 24th, 2021
Good morning, God—thank you for another day!! 😊
My body is your temple. Therefore, I should love my neighbor as myself because that is your second greatest command. Holy Spirit, please let me not criticize others. Instead, help me encourage everyone and build them up. You are the lawgiver and the judge. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
29 Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.
19 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own,
18 You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord.
11 Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. 12 There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?
11 Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.
