Daily Prayer for January 15th, 2021

Good morning, God—thank you! 😊

I put my faith in Jesus; therefore, I am free—made alive with Christ. He dismissed me all my sins! Now, I do not fear your judgment because, by faith, I committed my life to Christ, who made me whole. You made him who had no sin to be sin for me/us so that in him I/we might become the righteousness of you. Therefore, naturally, I want to walk in your love, and we who believe should be accountable for how we live our lives. You didn’t send us a Savior so we could intentionally go on living in sin. If we are truly born again, our heart desires are to live according to your Spirit and not the flesh, although we will fail again. We have discernment. Everything I do, let me do for you!! In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Jesus’ name. Amen.

Galatians 6:1-5 ESV

Bear One Another’s Burdens

Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. For if anyone thinks he is something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. But let each one test his own work, and then his reason to boast will be in himself alone and not in his neighbor. For each will have to bear his own load.

Romans 14:12 ESV

12 So then each of us will give an account of himself to God.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 ESV

11 Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.

Hebrews 10:26 ESV

26 For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,

1 Thessalonians 5:23 ESV

23 Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
