Daily Prayer for December 26th, 2020
Good morning, God—thank you for this day after Christmas! 😊
It’s nearing the end of another year, an exceptionally challenging one, might I add. Nevertheless, your word fills me with hope for what is to come, and I am thankful for what has already passed. Holy Spirit, please help me keep my focus on where it needs to be, and may we all have a new year filled with love, joy, and happiness. In Jesus’ name, always!! Amen.
18 “Remember not the former things,
nor consider the things of old.
19 Behold, I am doing a new thing;
now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?
I will make a way in the wilderness
and rivers in the desert.
16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
