Daily Prayer for September 9th, 2020
Good Wednesday morning, Creator of all—thank you for another day!! 🙂
Before I was born, you formed me in my mother’s womb—you created all of humankind and Heaven and earth. And after Satan’s deception in the Garden of Eden, you set before man, life and death, blessings and curse. There is no getting around these only two choices. The deceiver comes to kill, steal, and destroy, but you came that we may have life and have it abundantly. Why wouldn’t one choose life when the only other option is to lose it, and then live in eternal misery. We don’t just go out, and then we’re done when we die, our soul lives on forever. Thank you, Father, that I chose to live in Heaven with you. Hallelujah!! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
19 I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live,
5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
and before you were born I consecrated you;
I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”
10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.
23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
13 For you formed my inward parts;
you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Wonderful are your works;
my soul knows it very well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you,
when I was being made in secret,
intricately woven in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance;
in your book were written, every one of them,
the days that were formed for me,
when as yet there was none of them.
