Daily Prayer for August 17th, 2020
Good morning, God—thank you for this Monday! 🙂
With the beauty of creation and all living things, with the mysteries, the gift of salvation~Spiritual gifts, and wonders of the world, you inevitably move in mysterious ways. With all the unknown, I’ll wait for you—keep the faith and pray. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
12 And all the assembly fell silent, and they listened to Barnabas and Paul as they related what signs and wonders God had done through them among the Gentiles.
28 And God has appointed in the church first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, helping, administrating, and various kinds of tongues.
26 Likewise, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groaning’s too deep for words. 27 And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
9 For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily,
23 this Jesus, delivered up according to the definite plan and foreknowledge of God, you crucified and killed by the hands of lawless men.
