Daily Prayer for December 15th, 2019

Good morning, God—thank You! 🙂

Thank You especially for sending Your Son one glorious night to be born of a virgin, and die on the cross for my/our sins. Thank You that He rose from the dead three days later and that at Christmastime, we can celebrate the gift of eternal life through Christ Jesus. Today, and every day, I honor Him. Thank You, Father! In Jesus’ name. Amen.

14 “Glory to God in the highest,
and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!”

Matthew 2:11 English Standard Version (ESV)

11 And going into the house, they saw the child with Mary his mother, and they fell down and worshiped him. Then, opening their treasures, they offered him gifts, gold and frankincense, and myrrh.
