LAW vs GRACE

Daily Prayer for December 1st, 2019

HaPpy December, God‚ÄĒthank You!! ūüôā

If it had not been for the law, I would not have known sin, or what it is to covet if the law had not said, ‚ÄúYou shall not covet.‚ÄĚ So, the law is still useful for teaching but dangerous to those who try to keep it because they will fail at some point and become guilty of it all. We who truly believe, are released from the law, having died to what held us captive, and serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code. Thank You, Father, for the gift of grace/salvation, which gives me the desire and power to be holy. Although I will never be perfect, I am redeemed. Now I rest in Your love ‚ÄĒ <3 In Jesus‚Äô name. Amen.
