Daily Prayer for March 15^th, 2018

Good morning, Father—thank You! 🙂

You will be exalted among the nations and in the earth. Help me to wait patiently for You…be still, and know that You are God. In Jesus name. Amen.

Listening and Doing

¹⁹My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry,

⁷ a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,

²⁴“Teach me, and I will be quiet;
show me where I have been wrong.

¹⁷The fruit of that righteousness will be peace;
its effect will be quietness and confidence forever.

¹¹and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you,

¹⁴The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”

⁷Be still before the Lord
and wait patiently for him;
do not fret when people succeed in their ways,
when they carry out their wicked schemes.

¹⁰He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.”
